RULES AND REGULATION
ADMISSION CRITERION
Admissions of Higher Secondary classes are given according to dates declared in the newspapers just after the examinations of Matric , admissions start and according to the rules of Multan Board, without late fee admissions remain open.
Even admissions are offered with late fee according to rules of Multan Board. Admission forms attached with this prospectus must be completely filled. Result Card of Matric, Character certificate of Previous school and four passport size photographs should be submitted.
The principal has full authority about decision of giving or not giving the admission.
The students must fulfill terms and conditions of our institution.
PAYMENT OF DUES & FEE
Dues and fee must be paid up to 7th of each month. Otherwise fine of 10 to 50 rupees per day will be charged. If the fee is not paid even at the last date of the month, the name of the students will be struck off or may be acted according to some other announcement.
FINES & RE-ADMISSIONS
For absence of one day, the fine of 10 to 50 rupees will be charged. Before or after summer, winter or spring vacation if a student remains absent, he will be fined. In case of Re-admission, Rs. 1000/- will be charged from college student and Rs. 500/- will be charged from Nursery to Secondary level.
RULES OF LEAVE
Application should be written on a simple paper providing Name, Roll Number,
class and duration of leave along with Mobile/PTCL number of parents or guardians. Application will be accepted only on the basis of intense problem. Class in charge can approve leave only for one day. Otherwise, the student should take approval from the Principal.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
The students must abide by the following directions:
Be polite and courteous with your class fellows.
Respect your teachers and greet them first.
Avoid smoking and drugs.
Keep the college environment clean.
Don’t bring any outsider except the parents or guardians to the college.
Don’t enter the Principal’s Office or Staff Room with out permission .
Orders and rules of office must be followed.
Avoid religious , linguistic and provincial
prejudices.
Don’t bring mobiles in the college.
DIRECTION TO PARENTS & GUARDIANS
Parents / Guardians should meet the principal and teachers to get our view of the educational performance of their children. In fact for success, co-ordination of student, teachers and parents is required. Save your children from bad company after school timings so that they can focus their attention only on education both physical and mental.
Parents should co-operate whenever they are called for consultation or betterment of their children. Otherwise their negligence can cause loss to the future of their children.
Give your personal suggestions to the principal about performance of the school and other problems. The students
are the precious assets of the nation. So, please take care of their bright future by sparing time to them.
The parents must attend the school functions. Your participation will be highly welcomed.
For the sublime purpose of educational development, our heartiest prayers, our best wishes and our services are with your children. Islam is our main focus.
So religious education is our first preference.
EXAMINATIONS:
Matric and Intermediate Examination are conducted by Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Multan.
HOUSE EXAMINATIONS
Term wise examinations are conducted.
Monthly Tests are Conducted.
The results of these tests are considered final.
The tests of Higher Secondary Classes are given on daily basis.
Monthly report is sent to the parents. The students who show distinction in these tests are awarded with prizes.
Leave applications should be submitted by the parents to the teacher-in-charge or other concerned authority.
Every student of the College is required to be punctual in class and fulfil the 80% attendance criteria. Any student remaining absent from classes without proper permission, for a continuous period of 3 days, excluding holidays, shall automatically be struck off from the College roll unless the cause of absence is explained to the satisfaction of the Principal. In that case, the student may be re-admitted within 7 days (after this duration his name is dropped from the College roll) on payment of re-admission fee and College dues.
Short leave is not granted unless parents personally apply for it.
The fee or other charges must be paid within due date as announced by the College administration.
If a student fails to pay the required dues within due date, he will be penalized in any form as is decided by the College administration. The details of such penalties will be announced from time to time.A student who terminates his studies midway/during the term/month will have to pay full fee and all other charges due for that period/month/term and will not be entitled to any refund.
Late comers in the classroom may be marked absent.
Private telephone calls of the students will not be entertained.
Students must display the college cards within and outside the college premises.
College authorities reserve the right to revise any class schedule or to rearrange the classes.
The College students, while parking their bikes/motor car, are required to lock them properly. College administration shall not be responsible for any loss on this account, whatsoever.
Any false information on the application from may render the student liable to expulsion from the college.
The College reserves the right to make, amend and introduce any rule as and when deemed appropriate.
Dues once deposited are non-refundabe and non transferable.
College will not be responsible for the loss of any mail/valuables sent to a student at the College address.
Smoking within the College premises is strictly prohibited.
Any political or immoral activity is strictly prohibited in or around the College premises.
However , an emergency message can be conveyed.
Use of Mobile Phones is strictly prohibited within the college premises.
